As a nutritionist and health coach, I understood the fundamentals of health. But when I started experiencing exhaustion, mood swings, and unexplained weight gain, I realized that the conventional advice I had followed and recommended for years simply wasnât working anymore.

I refused to accept âThis is just how it is.â

 - why these symptoms show up, whatâs driving them, and most importantly, how we can restore balance and feel like ourselves again.
I pursued advanced training, becoming a Functional Diagnostic NutritionÂŽ Practitioner, a Certified Perimenopause/Menopause Coach, and an HCANZA-Accredited Health Coach. But more than credentials, I gained something far more important: a science-backed, data-driven approach that actually works.
